بعد اجتماع لجنة الانضباط بالاتحاد الآسيوي لكرة القدم.. رفضت اللجنة إعادة مباراة شباب الأهلي وماتشيدا زيلفيا الياباني، التي أُقيمت ضمن الدور نصف النهائي من دوري أبطال آسيا للنخبة وتثبيت نتيجة المباراة.
وأوضح الاتحاد الآسيوي في قراره أن المباراة لن تُعاد، وأن الإجراءات النظامية التي تم اتخاذها بشأن الاحتجاج المقدم قد استُكملت وفق اللوائح المعتمدة.
وبيّن الاتحاد الآسيوي أن قراره استند إلى عدم توافر ما يثبت وقوع خطأ تقني مؤثر يستوجب إعادة المباراة، موضحًا أن الحالة محل الاحتجاج تندرج ضمن التقديرات التحكيمية داخل أرضية الملعب.
وأكد أن تفسير مثل هذه الحالات يدخل ضمن صلاحيات الحكم، حتى مع الاستعانة بتقنية حكم الفيديو المساعد (VAR)، مشيرًا إلى أن مراجعة اللقطة تمت وفق البروتوكولات المعتمدة دون تسجيل مخالفات إجرائية جسيمة.
وأضاف أن الوقائع المثارة لا ترقى قانونيًا إلى مستوى التأثير الحاسم الذي يستوجب إلغاء نتيجة المباراة، مؤكدًا أن إعادة المباريات تُعد إجراءً استثنائيًا لا يُلجأ إليه إلا في حال وجود خرق واضح ومؤثر للوائح.
وشدد الاتحاد على أهمية الحفاظ على استقرار المنافسة والالتزام بالجدول الزمني للبطولة، في ظل غياب مبررات قانونية كافية لإعادة اللقاء.
وستقام المباراة النهائية في موعدها المحدد يوم السبت، حيث يلتقي الأهلي السعودي نظيره ماتشيدا زيلفيا الياباني، في مواجهة مرتقبة على اللقب القاري.
After the meeting of the Disciplinary Committee of the Asian Football Confederation, the committee rejected the request to replay the match between Al Ahli Youth and the Japanese team Matsumoto Yamaga, which took place in the semi-finals of the AFC Champions League, and upheld the result of the match.
The Asian Football Confederation clarified in its decision that the match will not be replayed, and that the procedural measures taken regarding the submitted protest have been completed in accordance with the approved regulations.
The Asian Football Confederation indicated that its decision was based on the lack of evidence proving the occurrence of a significant technical error that would necessitate replaying the match, explaining that the situation in question falls within the referee’s judgment on the field.
It confirmed that the interpretation of such cases falls within the referee’s authority, even with the assistance of the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) technology, noting that the review of the incident was conducted according to the approved protocols without recording any serious procedural violations.
It added that the issues raised do not legally reach the level of decisive impact that would require the annulment of the match result, emphasizing that replaying matches is considered an exceptional measure that should only be resorted to in the presence of a clear and significant violation of the regulations.
The Confederation stressed the importance of maintaining the stability of the competition and adhering to the tournament schedule, in light of the absence of sufficient legal justifications for replaying the match.
The final match will take place as scheduled on Saturday, where Al Ahli of Saudi Arabia will face Matsumoto Yamaga of Japan in an anticipated clash for the continental title.
